• Deep driven helical pile foundation substructure with structural steel and concrete deck superstructure
• Decorative steel helical stair with glass balustrade focal point connecting ground and second floor lobbies.
• GRO green roof to satisfy RIDEM requirements on limited site along with interior sand filter.
